    Evening, Pro. [IMG]

That's certainly a project. It's nice that the place is being "tarted up" as it's for rent. That could be a beautiful garden ... lovely location. What's the shrub to the right of the conifer in the 5th photo down?

Pal, certainly is steep, its literally one side of the wye valley.

Lol, Its a photinia. Normally there would be a lot more varigated growth on it but I cut off 2/3 prior to transplanting it.

Pete, its a lovely area but awkwars acess (very narrow lanes. So far Ive had to trailer in 13 tons of materials as the lane is too tigt to get a loory.

Wow! Well, I'd have that in a mo, Pro ... and that view across the estuary is to die for ... forget about a clear day ... dark and sultry ... could do a painting of that.

Lucky you ... you seem to get the nice places like Pal. [IMG]

A view to die for but a hernia inducing job Pro, I take it you had no help.
I bet there's no 'affordable' homes around there then. :(

    Thanks folk,

Strongy, I work on my own, these days I pace myself and charge acordingly, but I still end feeling knackerd some days.

The cheapest houses with views start at £400,000 ish, many of the propertys i work at are over £800,000 and some pushing the million mark, scary to think about.
