Provado alternative

A lot of people use Provado Ulimate Bug Killer for the Lily Beetle and other pests but I just read in the Amateur Gardening Magazine that Plant Invigorator ["the environmentally friendly two-in-one pest killer and nutrient spray available from QVC].

Has anyone used the Plant Invigorator and if so how effective was it.:D

 

Not heard of that so let me know how it goes if you end up buying some!

Personally I give the lillies a squirt of Provado early on and they don't get munched (much...) Andy strays I pick off by hand and lovingly crush

EDIT: Just had a Google and found this - http://www.sbproducts.co.uk/ looks as though it provides and similar effet to squirting with soap with a mix of foliar feed.

 

Well, I killed one Lily beetle yesterday and that's a good sign believe it or not as just over a month ago I was killing 3 or 4 a day. I'll see if I can find the Plant Invigorator and let you know, Loofah, if it works:D
