Hi, I live in Kent and have an apple and a pear tree in my garden. I'm not sure what type of apple but the tree is about 5 years old. The pear is rouhgly the same age and look like conference. What is the best time to prune and fertilise?

    Thanks,

    Greg

Good evening Greg and welcome to the site. By fertilising I assume you mean feeding? If so, now would be a good time. Do you have fruit on the trees?
