pruning neglected lonicera graham thomas

    i have one of the above , severely negelected, its about 5 foot high but with only few shoots at the top. have been reading and it seems this should be pruned after flowering. should i leave it for now? if i prune it then i guess it wont flower this year??

    You might as well leave it until it's flowered, F-P. Then chop it hard, feed with a balanced fertiliser and make sure it doesn't go short of water through this summer. It'll reward you next year!
