    The grandchildren passed through today. They made references to quark cheese. It’s not something I’ve ever come across. Was it formerly known as the Johnny Cyclops cheese?

    Quark cheese is a very soft yoghurt type of cheese , never tried it yet .

    Popular in Germany and used in cheese cakes. Seen it recently in Aldi.
