Question about fuchsia's

This was the first we have has fuchsia's and obviously they have now died down but will they reappear next spring or will they have to be replaced.Also I have about eight small to large pots in the greenhouse which contain various bulb's which have all sprouted what is the best way to look after them.

Lots of overwintering tips
Re the pots what bulbs are they ?, if daffs tulips winter flowering just put them outside, if spring just keep slightly moist.

 

I know two of the bulbs are narcissus and crocus but remember the third one will have to call into the garden center where I got them and find out.
