    Morning Bob.
    Do a search for "Prism video convertor" I have it downloaded and installed but have not used it yet. It looks like it may do the conversion you are after.
    Have you got Windows "Movie Maker Installed" I have not checked but thats the one I use to compress any video below 100mp for posting on U tube.
    Once again I have not checked if I is compatable with mov as most of my videos I edit in Power Director 7 and then save as mpeg or AVI files
