    Having a really bad weekend looking at the clock ,trying to work out where is the nearest to get some cigs" :th scifD36:
    Then I look at my banner and see just as few pence under 300 pounds and 1000 cigs not smoked ,need to grit my teeth ,:nonofinger:
    I always said it was the month mark that was hardest ,,!:wallbang:

      Stick at it. I've been smoke free since October last year. Its hard, but soon you will start to really notice the difference with your energy levels. When you realise you can do stuff again that you've not been fit enough to do for years, it gets much easier to resist the temptation to smoke.

        Remember, it'll only take one packet & you'll be back to square one. I'd been off Special Brew for years until I ran into an old friend at Glastonbury festival in 1987, go on Zig, just one won't hurt he said.

        Took me till 3 years ago to give it up again.

          Pam, I quit because they told me I had cancer .. I quit that day.

          Hubby quit because he ran out of cigarettes.

          You quit because you have a reason to do so ... maybe you have not got there yet?

          Keep focused on why you wanted to,your doing great pam :wub2:
          when you feel the urge just get up and do something else,clean,look threw seed swap packs:) ,dead head flowers ..anything just divert your thoughts:blue thumb:
          and if your having a bottle of wine later on,then add soda or lemonade..im seemed to drink faster when i gave up :dunno:xx
