Raspberry Sorbet

    I found this recipe on the internet, made it and my son was so impressed, he and his mates have been experimenting using strawberries, apples and other fruits.

    1 1/2 lbs raspberries, whizzed in a blender
    1 cup of water
    2 cups of sugar
    1/4 cup of lime juice.

    Melt the sugar & water in a pan on the stove and boil for 1 minute. Allow to cool completely.
    Stir in the raspberries and lime juice.
    Put in the freezer for 1 hour then remove and whisk.
    Repeat every hour 3 more times.
    Delicious!
