Reads Allotment Retreat

We are inviting you to follow our progress as we set up and run an allotment for the first time this year.

We started from scratch in August with a 10 Rod plot , that had nor been worked for nearly 50 years. We've also got the spare land at the end of our plot-free of charge as its too small to give to someone else!

It's gonna be a fun year, with plenty of hard work too i guess.

Blog will be updated at least once a week.

Hi Oktarine no doubt your allotment passion will fuel others on and get more people to join this wonderful hobby because there are spare plots going you just have to look for them.

I'll look forward into seeing what you get up to down on your plots, although if you're like us we are just praying for better less wet weather so we can really get stuck in.
