I wish I was handy....... I can't bang a nail in straight. If I had a go I'm afraid the neighbours would call the cops because of the swearing........

I see no joins in the verticals, what size pallets were they? Looks like they came from a packing crate for a destroyer ! :lunapic 130165696578242 5: Cheers, Tony.

I like it, must admit my thoughts of pallets stop at compost bins as they seem so difficult to get apart..!

the pallets are for plasterboards and they are easy to get apart if you know how i use a large crow bar a 4lb hammer and an axe head

          Looks good Karl.

Funny you should post this today, I am in the middle of making three planters from an old cage type pallet that some box hedging was delivered in. I wasn't too sure how it would turn out but I'm happy with how they are looking. Bit rustic but will look good with a bit of sanding.

I'll post up a photo when they are finished, later in the week.

Not as impressive as yours Karl, but I used some pallet wood to make grow-bag containers.

As promised my planters, two rectangular ones and a triangular one for a corner.

Would look good stained but I'm going to leave them as they are this year.

How do we go about acquiring old pallets in sufficient numbers to make something good?
