Red cocoons

    Does anyone know what these are and are they friend or foe?!
    Have found a few lately and got rid of them just in case!

      I found one when digging my driveway out, looked pretty similar to that, but I was digging in quite a clay area when I found it. I stuck it on the bird table for something to enjoy :)
