Redcurrent Crumble

    It all started this morning because there was some redcurrents to pick

    Quite awhile was spent sat in the garage topping them all

    Into the cooking pot with them and sprinkle with 2 Taplespoons sugar
    [​IMG]

    After covering the redcurrents with the crumble it is ready for the hot place at 180C for 40/45 minutes
    [​IMG]
    Yummy
    Dish it up with ice cream or custard. whatever takes your fancy
    [​IMG]
