As a non conforming Octogenarian with absolutely no interest in gardening, we recently upsized to a house nobody seemed to want (over three years on the market and in need of TLC) with over half an acre of garden which, other than having the grass mown, had been left to do it's own thing for 15 years. I do like a project but I never envisaged gardening as one! But here we are in need of TLC ourselves on the gardening front.

Well, you are definitely nutty taking this project on! :yikes: Upsizing and a large garden project ... I wish you well. :love30:

Perhaps a picture of the garden may give some an idea so can advise you.

Welcome to GC @Nutty from another oldie :old: with a slightly larger garden than yourself. You will need to get yourself organised. :)

Busy here also. past July is 2 years retired. Besides the vast garden we have, we are busy touring with our show car to various states, giving us time to see more of America. Also we bought another house in North Carolina on the water, totally furnished it, and it is an Airbnb. Thank goodness found an awesome property manager, cleaners, and landscaper as it is an 8 hour drive for us to get there. This is the view from the deck at the house. And good luck with your venture.
