    Hello
You turn your back for 5 days and look what happens  I've just come back from a 5 day break to find my garden looking 'wild & wooly'. I left instructions with my 2 daughters (18 and 20)to water the green house twice a day. The word greenhouse seems to have been obliqued and the whole garden has been drenched!. Fortunately we're not on a water shortage in this area but my water rates will be soaring - the 18 year old also moaned about the hose pipe being dirty and she wanted to bring it through the house to reach the front garden. What happens to our childrens common sense in their teenage years?

    Good morning Poppet,
At least they watered something! Bless! Whenever I ask my 11yr old to do anything it's met by a grunt and a moan and stomping of feet. Guess the hormones are kicking in - deep joy! Might move out until she reaches 24! :D
Hope you enjoyed your break. Did you go anywhere nice?

sounds fun! I'm hoping to get away for a camping weekend, son's health permitting, to play and listen to bluegrass, with other mad enthusiasts! And Grandma is more reliable than son re watering - he's a similar ge to Rosa's youngest! And when I was his age, I had 2 year old twins to look after.....
