RHS show Cardiff 8-10 April

Is anybody going to this at the weekend - or has been before and has any comments. I am thinking of going along on Sunday.

The show season starts at Cardiff, with the best of spring blooms. This celebration of Welsh horticulture is set among the grounds of Bute Park.

Had a brilliant day at the show, we arrived as it opened so it was fairly quiet but within the hour it was heaving, it was my first big flower show and there was so much going on, talks, demo's, school wheelbarrow comp, show gardens, craft fair, live band, birds of prey, stalls/traders and of course two huge marquees with flower exhibits (all for sale at the end of the day). The weather was absolutely gorgeous too and almost too hot at times.

We bought loads but then when they announced that everything must go at 4pm it would have been rude not too lol . It was mayhem as the displays were ripped apart and sold off for a few pounds here and there. Funny watching trees and huge tubs of tulips walking down the road after though

Next year I will take more photos and take more money! I will post some of my fav shots of the day.

Did anyone else go? I've nothing to compare it too but apparently it was bigger than last year.
