      Lovely pictures. Any idea what is that tree with the smooth trunk and the white flowers which appears in a few pictures straight after it? Thanks.

      :) I did enjoy my day out with you VP ... thank you for sharing it. I just love the woodland scenes and the beautiful double pink Daffodils ... I had some mini pink ones in Bucks but there were not as striking as these.

      Mira, my guess would be Eucalyptus on the tree and Magnolia on the flower .. but they are just guesses.

      Wisley is just a few minutes down the road from us, we used to pop there every other weekend when the kids were young to feed the fish in the ponds.

      Mira, I haven't been back to the UK since 2006 and have no plans to return ... I meant I enjoyed Victoria Plum 'sharing' her day with me ... :heehee:
