Rhubarb Pumble.....

    Nobody could make up thier minds what they wanted for thier dessert today.....
    Rhubarb Pie or Rhubarb Crumble so i made a Pumble......
    Pastry base,rhubarb then a crumble topping....
    I don't suppose it's my own invention and it's probably got a fancy name but i've christened it Pumble....i don't mind telling you it was delicious...
    Still had to faff with custard,icecream and cream...serves me right for giving everyone a choice:chicken:
