The leaves are huge and the stalks are nice and long. Can I harvest it now?

Yes, you can, Herb.:snork: But only take what you need so that the plant has enough leaves to carry on storing food for next year. Most people don't harvest their Rhubarb until at the least the 2nd year it's been planted to give it chance to establish itself. It also appreciates a feed every now and then.

Yep, give it a liquid feed too & it'll carry on cropping:dbgrtmb:
