Rhubarb

    Can anyone tell me why my ruhbarb has very thin stalks and does not seem to be producing this year very well at all.

    What have you fed it with Sandra?
    I was going to say, what have you put on it, but I shan`t.

    Hi Shimsham,

    Probably just the drought, have you given them a feed at all ?

    Rhubarb is a gross feeder, so needs a good dollop of well rotted manure in the winter, then a couple of treatments with F,B & B through the spring and summer.:gnthb:

    Just like my Mrs then.

    Does the clump need digging up & dividing ?

    They are only been in a couple of years.
