rice noodles

today I had these rice noodles. As a condiment I used a pair of mashed rolls vegetables and soy sauce, because I could not think of another dressing (however, turned out to be a pleasant seasoning)

What do you recommend?

 

Soy sauce, minced garlic, black vinegar and a drop of toasted sesame oil. Chili if you fancy it. Plus a side order of steamed broccoli.
