    Hi Woo,

Blimey, that is a close shot. Ours has been singing at me when I get near the bird table, hes taken a liking to fish, pond pellets & keeps demanding more.

Good evening ClaraLou ,I was just checking on condition of all the Roses,as I occasionally help out there on a voluntary basis but I do spend many happy hours there all year round,(sometimes in the tea shop):)

    Hi Woo

I love to sit in the tearoom garden in the summer - it really is a secret garden, isn't it? You'd never know it's just off the high street. And you can always hide under that huge Magnolia grandiflora if the weather takes a turn for the worst. I always enjoy the yellow roses on the cathedral boundary (near that lovely terrace of houses, Canons Row, which they've been doing up). Unlike many yellow roses, they smell wonderful. :) It's always a bit of a disappointment to me when a rose has no scent.

    Hi Woo :)

Stunning shot, hopefully when I have mastered ISO and manual shutter speeds I will be able to capture shots like that. If you look at the photo discussion thread you will read of my latest gaffe with my camera :(
