        Wow. Crazy. Its a miracle that nobody was killed.

        I know a roll cage is vital in motorsport, but I think all cars should be built to be able to roll. I think it should be in the EURO NCAP safety requirements. I've been unlucky enough to have witnessed one or two nasty car crashes over the years were the car has been practically squashed flat. I think very simple changes to road car design such as having a framework that can survive a roll, 5 point seat belts instead of the silly 3 pointers that we get, and seats that are more appropriately shaped, would probably save a lot of lives on the roads and wouldn't add much to the cost of manufacture of the car.
