I am away again so you will be left in peace.
I have a sticker on the back of my caravan which says 'Leaving Britian For The Elections'. Mind you I do hope we send Gordy the right message.

    Hi windy
Quite right too [IMG] [IMG] . You should have a sign on the front of you car (in reverse so it can be read in the mirror of the car in front) saying:-
TOURISTS!! HAVE A LOVELY DAY BUT GET OUT OF MY WAY - I'M WORKING.

    That's the polite version :D .

Andy, hope you enjoy your Holiday down in Cornwall. We aren't going that way in our Caravan this year as the Lake District is getting our money this year.We must keep the Lakes afloat. :D

You will enjoy Cornwall just keep away from the Touristy bits...,well that's the whole of Cornwall in the summer months :D [IMG] [IMG]

Oh and watch the Seagulls down there they are partial to the pasties...like me :D

We usually stop at Crantock or Porth near Newquay, then do walks along the coastal footpaths down to Watergate Bay and Bedruthian. We also like St Agnes and Hollywell Bay.My hubby and I both like coastal walking and I could spend h sitting on the cliff tops looking out to sea and watching the surfers and the seagulls gliding on the air currents, bliss

Ah! St Columb Major, Andy! Know it well!! :D

Don't even get me started on tourists on the roads!! My vehicle is 3 metric tons with big bright blue lights and a siren that would frighten your granny! Still they cannot see or hear it coming down the middle of the A30!!

Good news on that though - the new Goss Moor bit is nearing completion, so you'll have dual carriageway! That'll help the queues and maybe we won't get so many trucks stuck under the Iron Bridge!!

Kandy, AAARGH! A nightmare. I,m sure you are all the most delightful people in the world and you can go to bed when you like. Just leave the caravans behind so that I can get to work! Don't stroke/feed the horses they kick and bite, a bit like some of the locals, all the best.
