Has anyone here used this product? I have been watching 'paint on' graining techniques on YouTube, fascinating.

My Father used to grain wood ,using special varnishes and combs it was a skilful job back then . I am sure with Ronseals product and special tools plus a youtube video or two it will be far easier now - give it a go :blue thumb:

When we first moved into our current house all the woodwork (doors, skirting, picture rails etc) were painted with a fake grain effect, it must have been done in the 1960s and must have taken someone ages to do. To be honest it looked awful so we stripped it all off to find the real wood underneath with real grain :heehee:

What is it you'll be painting Val?
