Rosa Lochinvar

Has anyone grown this one? We saw and fell in love with it when visiting David Austin. Their info says it grows 3ft by 3ft but the one in their gardens was easily 5x5. I know from experience that the mature sizes can be quite varied but I would prefer it to be bigger and wondered if any one had experience of growing it?
