Has anyone had problems with their climbing roses this year? We have a large climbing rose and every year it has flowered beautifully. We have had the same amount of rose buds form on the plant this year but they have all died back. See picture. The leaves are unaffected but every single bud has died off. We have pruned off the old dead buds and are wondering if the plant will produce more buds or is that it for this year. It doesn't appear to be pest related or drought. Thanks for your help.
