    When i recently moved i dug up the two huge rosemary bushes i have shaped into flying saucers to bring with me, i planted them in the new house and they just didnt like it, so i thought i should use all the rosemary up so it didnt go to waste;
    however i picked too much for one meal so to keep it fresh, i kept it in water (standing up just the stem in water) and a week later there are roots on them all! really strong ones too!
    what surprised me the most was it was quite woody and i've never been told that woody plants root in water, all my rosemary cuttings rooted the normal way never survive.
    i'm so please with my 'MISTAKE'
