If you type in Ruissian songs on YouTube search you should get some results

 

i did think of that one beforebut i was hoping to have some more suggestions, also songs on youtube for example...

 

My first primary school was run by an East German head teacher. All our school plays had a soviet theme.

In my second primary school (the first one was suddenly closed down - probably because the senior staff were so far beyond nasty it was unreal, or possibly because of the very strange teachings they gave), we learned an English version of Kalinka. A lovely song about a bloke who was not exactly where he wanted to be, and longed to be back home, where the only noise was of the green and shady pine trees whispering in the breeze.

clueless ... I finally get to know the title of these two Russian songs that I had never discovered.

At the age of about 15 years i followed a language course on Italian tv to learn Russian+ I also bought a book they recommended.

Knowing the melody of the song Katyusha, but not knowing the words, I had invented a song with some random words taken from my book of Russian!
