rustic poles

does anyone know where I can get some rustic poles from the ones you can make a fence with I have looked at some places and I am thinking do I have to go to a garden centre or could I get them from timber yard? would they have them

 

Garden centres could be expensive Nathan. If you have a sawmill (like we do) or good timber yard near you that will deliver, they are cheaper normally.

 

Thank you S you are right I just had a look at one a two in my area and they wanted loads of money I just want to make an arch, The thin metal ones that I have now are starting to rot, And I thought I could buy 3-4 lenghs and make my own many thanks
