Sad looking hebe!

Hi all. Wonder if anyone can help me with this hebe.
It flowered during the winter but as you can see some leaves are droopy and at the back some leaves are yellow. Thank you in advance.

 

The soil looks as if it's bone dry Eddy, it may just need a thorough watering. An all purpose food would probably revive it too.

 

I hope it can be saved.

 

I think it might be frost damage, it often shows up a while after the event.
I'd leave well alone for the time being and then you can prune back to new shoots when growth starts again.

Not all Hebes are totally hardy.

 

Hi Sheal. The picture is deceptive as even though the plant is in soil the surrounding area is gravel plus a border made of cobbles also appears in the second picture. I've checked the soil and it is moist. I'm 'up north' so its colder up here and still a chance of frost so I'll see what the coming weeks bring. Thank you.
