    started salad basket,lettuce,tumbling toms, spring onions,and shallots.

    What a lovely idea Kathy must try that for myself have to get some tom plants to put in.

    Just what I intend to do this year as well Kathy although the spring onions will be replaced with chives as Bob does so love them.Hel.xxx.

    hi Helen I also have chives but still to small yet,you can just keep adding to it as you use ,i love it x [​IMG]

    This would also work for me on kitchen decking walk from kitchen door with a nice salad tub.

    Lol Kathy my seedlings are nowhere near as strong as yours are so there's still time for planting my baskets, I'll be well pleased if mine turn out half as nice as yours and it will keep Bob happy as well.:)Hel.xxx.

    loads of time Helen,its still very early,i have to put mine in greenhouse at night

    Kathy potted up salad basket yesterday hope you dont mind me pinching your idea.Put it in the heated greenhouse for now.

    Are you able to meet up next thursday if there is any fuel left:) when I come up to the nursing home to see FIL.

    Perfect have to visit FIL and get his washing so where will I meet you.
