    I can usually glean a few salad vegetables from the plot overwinter, but this year i've been having mega salads.

    Todays is a potato salad (Charlottes) with Mizuna, Mustard, Land Cress, Rocket & Spring Onions (White Lisbon)

    The Water Cress is just starting to get away, should have some in a week or so.

      Sounds good Ziggy. Oh, to have a man around who can cook even if it is salad! :dbgrtmb:

            :D I'm sorry Mira, it was all a bit of a rush that day, what with breaking my foot, entering the veg show & collecting you and the bambinos:D

            Best day of 2011 though, you were brave enough to try my Dandelion Coffee:dbgrtmb:

            Next time I will make a finer salad & learn how to make an Expresso:o

            (Not a coffee drinker so didn't have the foggiest idea what to make:DOH:)

            Thank you for coming:dbgrtmb::love30::yahoo:
