Sausages.

    :) Went to a resteraunt last night called Bang Bangs,they specialize in Sausages,over 50 types I believe.
    I chose Ostrich and they were absolutely Delicious......the Kangaroo were tempting.....Maybee next time :skp:

    Paladin we have venison and red wine sausages as well - they are delicious :)

    Roders - DO try the kangaroo! If you love a steak on the bbq, kanga steaks are delish. They are about half price to a regular steak in the butchers, and the secret (as with the ostrich) is just not to overcook it. If you like a well done steak, they are the wrong choices as they will be tough as anything. But, rare or medium rare - we don't have any other type of steak now.

    I love Venison sausages. Not tried Ostrich bangers yet, the local deli had some last year but when we went back to get some they'd sold out :(

    sounds delicious!! i cant eat venison, too rich for my tummy :( but i'd love to try ostrich, kanga, croc etc. just cant seem to find it anywhere around here in Norfolk :( maybe im not looking in the right places
