hi just wanted to say hello to everyone. i have loved being in the dirt since childhood, i never guessed back then that this would lead me into gardening. i do have a pain syndrome called fibromyalgia but doing the garden has helped me live with it alot. unfortunatley i have to rely on my hubby to do the digging and mowing but the rest i do as and when.look forward to getting to know you all over time!

    Welcome Topsy!

Gardening is great therapy, isn't it!

I sympathize with your illness - keep battling on and don't let it get you down. A couple of hours in the garden is great to uplift the mind AND body!

(Although not so much today as it is Tipping down with rain!)

    All the best

    Kath

    [IMG] to the forum Topsy.

I agree with Cookie gardening is wonderful for people and children of all ages and specially those of us with health problems in some cases it's only when we are 'out there' that both time and illness's seem not to bother us at all. I wish you well with training your hubby with the digging etc. and remember if you want to keep him happy while he's digging top him up now and again with a good old cuppa!:D Hel.xxx.
