This is embarassing! I just got this plug plant last month. It lives on the North side ledge of the Baffa along with my years old Christmas cactus and some Begonia Rex. Yesterday I discovered this ...

I think t has been over watered and have had it moved to the South side of the Baffa for a few days to 'dry out'.

    Any advice or comments appreciated.

I'd not get it into strong sunlight, it will burn.
If you want to dry it out take it out the pot and leave for a couple of days in the shade, then repot into a smaller pot and keep just moist.

If the base is rotten you might have to try and root some of the segments as cuttings.

Thanks @pete and @Michael Hewett. The compost at the base of the pot was very wet so I think I will unpot it for drying out.

Try not to let the stems get too dry @Victoria just let the soil dry out, keep it out of the sun.
