School Gardens!

The lady that does the gardens at school has asked me if I can get the answer to a couple of questions.

I have posted a picture in the ID area because we would like the name of a plant that is taking over the gardens. We also need to know how to get it to root, she has tried cuttings from different parts of it, tried rooting gel, water and soil but had no joy. Could anyone help?

We sell plants to raise funds for the school and this plant has caught a few peoples eye and they would like some for a pot in their gardens but we need to get it to take first :(
