Does anyone have any suggestions for installing a privacy screen/fence behind a rather gappy beech hedge and in front of my neighbour's chain link fence. There is a small space in which i think i could slide a brushwood fence although this type of screen would still allow my neighbour some visibility into my garden and kitchen/dining area. Am getting a little desparate as neighbour seems more interested in my life than his own. Don't really want to cut down mature beech hedge in order to install fence if I can avoid it. Thanks.

If you can slide a brushwood panel in there then why not use a normal fence panel and block him out completely?:gnthb:

Cut back the hedge and new growth will appear to help fill the gaps. Bend and tie in longer growths to fill gaps.
