    You can see from the water that the wind was quite strong. By New Year's Eve it had gone up to Force 10 s00k

    If you have a look at the end house, it has ropes tying it down but I don't know what they do about big waves :scratch:

    They are lovely people :thumb:

    Strongylodon what a fabulous pic. Oh the joys of a good telephoto lense. I feed the birds also and buy food in 25kg bags. I yearn to get some pics like that:luv:

    Thanks Rhyleysgranny, I use a Panasonic fixed lens camera (10x zoom) so not a 'real' telephoto lens but it does take reasonable pics although not really meant for wildlife photography.:)
