Seed collecting - Cosmos

    I grew some cosmos from seed this year that then flowered either white or pink, when I collect the seed from these plants will the seed from the "white" plant produce white next year or will it be a lucky dip as to what colour it will be, ie white or pink?

    Steve I think it will be pot luck. You can get packets of single colours of Cosmos and other plants, but they have to come from pure bred lines and kept away from other plants when they are germinated.
