Seedling

    I planted a few seeds recently and the phormiums have germinated, but so has another seed. It was one of those "I can't be bothered to label it, I'll remember".

    It is on its own in a 3" pot so it must have been something big.

    I've racked my mind and haven't a clue as to what it may be.

    Doubt if I'll be much use on this one, Rich!! :D
    Maybe once it's grow a bit you could post a photo, if you haven't remembered, or been able to work it out.... :rolleyes:

    I remember now. Dracunculus Vulgaris.

    I tried to grow them last year, but nothing happened, then I read about planting palm seeds and how they would not grow unless you remove the fleshy berry outer skin. I tried that with this one and bingo! The experiment has worked.
