Seeking an ID for this rose …

    My daughter gave me this rose … it was a cutting from a customer’s garden but she has no ID for it.
    It appears to be a shrub type with quite fine stems … more ‘prickly’ than ‘thorny’.

    … any ideas?

    Please excuse the aphids … the rose seems to be coping and I don’t use insecticide.

    Yes, it's the 'Portland Rose'.. sometimes called 'Duchess of Portland'.. the progenitor of the Portland Damask line of roses..
