Seem to have a problem with my raspberries

I have picked hardly any raspberries about a half a cupful.A lot of the fruit is small and black and seems very powdery and there seems to be a small amount of white powdery stuff as well,Not sure what it can be.Had plenty of fruit last year.This may be connected to a earlier thread of mine about raspberries.Hope they do not all need replacing.Any advice appreciated.Will pop down to my local garden centre tomorrow and take a sample with me and see what they say.I can send a photo if that helps.
