        Yesssssss! Sorry Lolimac, but it's such a devil to get rid of and I don't suppose Ziggy wants it taking over his veg plot. :)

        I'm in 2 minds about it. Had the house valued today & i've got a buyer interested so all I really need to do is make it look nice now.

        Going to get a man to finish the repairs to the crash damaged wall, as my foot don't seem to want to let me do it.

        Tarmac the layby & turn the old beer cellar into a Morrocan stylee courtyard & then flog it.

                    It's only a shame i don't live near by Zig...i'd have 'weeded' it for you and got rid of them for you:WINK1:....only trouble is though it looks a lovely place and you'd probably never get rid of me:heehee:
