Selling Houses

I have been trying to sell my house for nearly a year. The one comment I am getting back is that the garden is to small which is obviously something I can do nothing about. I really need to sell my house as I am not struggling to pay the mortgage. Ang top tips?

 

You can point out that a small garden is easier to look after.My last garden was only 16ft square but I had a patio pond graveled area and a lot of plants.The main thing is to keep it tidy you obviosly dont want to spend a lot of money on it but i'd suggest a few large pots with some wow factor plants that you could take with you.good luck
