September on the balcony

    this is my neighbours underneath me to think they had nothing 3 months ago, I advised them what to grow on our balconies, glad they took my advise

    Hi thanks windy & kandy, Will have to do some shuffling about with the pots next march, two of them are going to be re-potted to larger ones.
    my neighbours put an arch at their window and have put a passion flower and it is growing like crazy over the top now, yet i put one in and it is growing no were near the size of theirs.happy days on the balconies [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]

    The jungle verandah! You've got your own little paradise there, Rosa! And your an inspiration to you neighbour below ... theirs will be super as well when the trellises fill out. Well done!

    cheers lol and elainefiz, I bet next year i get a bit of their climbers as they put that russian vine up to the left and in 3 years it will be everywere no stopping it. :D :D

    Russian vine is pretty and it's tempting to try when you know it grows fast... it's later the problems come. Rosa, your balcony looks very mediterranean, I hope you put lights out there too at Christmas!

    liz, i,ve already got loads of lights on the balcony looks like xmas out there already not too bad as the balcony is to the back of the property so its just a few neighbours opposite that get the spectacular show of mine and neighbours downstairs lights.

    I,ve got russian vine its 2nd year mine is ok but his downsytairs as you can see is really taking off
