I'm having problems posting, the site says something about a 'server timeout' and it doesn't look like the reply has been posted, so hit F5 (Refresh) to try again and the system is posting the same message twice.

I've noticed a lot of double posts tonight from other users: pete & Sheal for example so I don't think it's just me.

You're right, its happening to me too. I think I've even managed to start two identical threads tonight too.

Its not just you guys, half the staff are locked out & the other half have gone mental, nothing new there then.

We're onto it, we just don't know what "it" is ????

I ran c cleaner & defragged and that helped a bit, but not totally:doh:

Yes, I've got issues too. Can't post, can't create a new thread and can't PM. When the posts double up I delete the second one.

It was a herbal preparation especially taylored to the more mature forums:snork:

Involving Digits & Digitalis, Codes & Codeine, Bytes & Devil's Bit Scabious, Terrabytes & Terrabratulids.

Very well done, bit Bytes & Devils Bit Scabious could be improved. 'Bit' is also a legit computing term. Its short for Binary Digit, and 8 of them make up a byte, so you could have used that:dbgrtmb:
