    Hi,
I have an area at the bottom of my garden that is shaded mostly throughout the day, it does get some sun but unfortunatly not to much, Is it possible to grow anything in this area? As I have been advised that most turf may struggle and we already have enough patio space so I am looking for a use for the area that I would enjoy, If so an recomendations would be gratefully recieved!!

    Do you mean anything edible?

Many decorative plants will thrive in shade e.g. ferns or viburnums. But if the shade is so deep that even turf will struggle, then there's not much you can grow that's edible.

I planted a blueberry bush in a wrong place and moved it into a shady place and it has done much better there.
