    Good morning
I am putting a mixed hedge along a west facing side of my garden. Part of it will be behind a bed lounger I’ve made out of old sleepers. And is about 18” high. W ill the plants (pyracantha, cotoneaster and a couple other things I can’t remember the name of) be ok shaded until they have grown high enough to catch the sun. The other side of them are flats so no light that direction either.
    Thank you again in advance.

Most hedging will cope with any conditions, partial shade, full sun, and establish fine.
