Shady area

    Just outside my back door is an area which is paved and gets no sunlight at all and is very damp. I have to grow things in pots, at the moment I have hostas, astillbe and ivy there which thrive well. Can anyone suggest some thing else with a bit of colour maybe. I would like to grow rhubarb but I think its too shady.:WINK1:

    Hi Cookygirl I have a spot just the same ,I have Vinca minor f. alba 'Gertrude Jekyll in mine,it was good enough for Gertrude Jekyll its good enough for yours truly:)

    I think rhubarb thrives in the shade.
